Trainee Store Manager

Job Description

  1. Making sure the operations run smoothly within the store which includes four main duties which are Merchandising, Inventory Management, Cashiering, and Customer Service
  2. Provide good customer service and uphold company’s image at all times
  3. Coordinating the in-store promotions and making sure all the marketing collateral is in place
  4. Assist in handling stock inventory and replenishment\
  5. Provide strong leadership to the retail team; build team spirit, morale, and engagement among staff
  6. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  1. Diploma or Degree Holder in any fields is a MUST.
  2. LOVE AND PASSIONATE IN RETAIL. Without PASSION!, nothing will work!
  3. Fluent in English effectively to liaise with English speaking, supervisor, and customers
  4. Willing to learn and comfortable working in rotating/overnight shift, public holidays and weekends
  5. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Those with experience in retail will be an added advantage!
