Trainee Store Manager
- Making sure the operations run smoothly within the store which includes four main duties which are Merchandising, Inventory Management, Cashiering, and Customer Service
- Provide good customer service and uphold company’s image at all times
- Coordinating the in-store promotions and making sure all the marketing collateral is in place
- Assist in handling stock inventory and replenishment\
- Provide strong leadership to the retail team; build team spirit, morale, and engagement among staff
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree Holder in any fields is a MUST.
- LOVE AND PASSIONATE IN RETAIL. Without PASSION!, nothing will work!
- Fluent in English effectively to liaise with English speaking, supervisor, and customers
- Willing to learn and comfortable working in rotating/overnight shift, public holidays and weekends
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Those with experience in retail will be an added advantage!
