Job Descriptions
- To assist in recruiting of Financial Advisors
- Resume screening, short-listing, fixing appointment, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to requirements and the job responsibilities.
- Organising recruitment and networking events
- Handling necessary paper works and coordination
- Activity management and planning for training activites
- Assisting to monitor sales process and activities
- Provide guidance for cmfas examination
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Result/Target-oriented.
- Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition
- Good communication skills and able to work as a team
- Having background in HR/insurance industry will be an advantage
- Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Willing to work long hours including weekend
- Cheerful and Outgoing personality
