Job Descriptions

  • To assist in recruiting of Financial Advisors
  • Resume screening, short-listing, fixing appointment, interviewing and selecting the right candidates according to requirements and the job responsibilities.
  • Organising recruitment and networking events
  • Handling necessary paper works and coordination
  • Activity management and planning for training activites
  • Assisting to monitor sales process and activities
  • Provide guidance for cmfas examination
  • Other ad-hoc duties


  • Result/Target-oriented.
  • Self-motivated, Committed, Positive attitude, Matured disposition
  • Good communication skills and able to work as a team
  • Having background in HR/insurance industry will be an advantage
  • Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Willing to work long hours including weekend
  • Cheerful and Outgoing personality
