F&B Management Trainee

Job Description

  1. Coordinate the entire restaurant/cafe operation, including front-of-house and back-of-house
  2. Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  3. Respond efficiently to customer complaints
  4. Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
  5. Organize and supervise shifts
  6. Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive
  7. Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
  8. Track compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
  9. Control costs and cut waste
  10. Successfully promote and publicize the brand
  11. Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example as restaurant supervisor
  12. Track operations and start corrective actions

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (from recognized institutions) or Bachelor Degree in any fields
  2. Strong communication skills in English
  3. Comfortable working on a rotating shift including Weekend and Public Holiday
  4. Presentable, positive, and having a ‘Can-Do’ Attitude
  5. Possess leadership qualities
  6. Strong potential with right attribute
  7. Business minded, performance oriented
  8. Willing to start from scratch
