Job Description

  1. Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendar
  2. Update and maintain patient information using client management software
  3. Handle patient’s concerns and provide appropriate solutions
  4. Respond to phone and email bookings
  5. Maintain and ensure clinic cleanliness
  6. Assist center manager with inventory and stocktaking
  7. Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  1. Fluent in spoken and written English
  2. Outspoken
  3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effective
  4. Team-player
  5. An added advantage if you are from the same industry!
