Admin & Compliance Executive

Job Description

  1. Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of internal guidelines and policies
  2. Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  3. Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  4. Draft, modify and implement company policies
  5. Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
  6. Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
  7. Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
  8. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate


Job Requirements

  1. At least a Diploma in Business Law, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  2. Certified compliance professional is a plus
  3. Proven experience in compliance in FMCG
  4. In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regulations
  5. Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping
  6. An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regulations
  7. Excellent communication skills
