Sales Assistant

• Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries;

Cashier

Responsibilities:
• Display and replenish products onto shelves efficiently to ensure continuous stock availability;
• Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times;
• Provide excellent service to all customers at the checkout (last point of contact);
• Handle payment;
• Bagging and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards of the cash register and work area.

 

Logistic/ Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Prepare orders as per invoice;
• Assist in picking, packing, labeling, weighing, palletizing, shrink wrapping and stationing all pulled item for each braches;
• Assist with receiving from both manufacturers and returned items from branches;
• Accurately shelve all properly received items in the assigned bins/locations;
• Assist with detailed sorting of items by Product Type, Product Size, Lot Number, and Expiration Dates as applicable;
• Responsible to keep the warehouse clean and neat;
• Other responsibility as assigned by management.

 

Manager (Checkout)

Responsibilities:
• Evaluated returned items to ensure they meet the standards and regulations of store policy on refunds and exchanges;
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies with prices at checkout counters and throughout the store;
• Provide helpful and efficient customer service and model appropriate behavior for al staff;
• Verify sales transactions and appropriate credit and cash is present at each checkout operating area at the end of shifts and at closing times.

 

Manager (Retail)

Responsibilities:
• Managing stock levels (including but not limited to Picking, Packing, Receiving/ Returning, and Replenishment) and making key decisions about stock control;
• Handle in a professional manner, all customer queries and complaints and to perform service if necessary;
• Manage a team of cashiers, including the recruitment, training and development of this team

 

Manager (Sales)

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and evaluate client’s financial portfolio;
• Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend solutions to achieve their financial goals;
• Providing financial solutions to high net worth individuals;
• Provide employee benefits to corporate clients.
